Kids Summer Yoga Program

This summer, we’re excited to offer 8 weeks of FREE kids yoga classes, made possible through the generous donations of our AWIP family. Our Kids Summer Yoga Program creates a fun, supportive space where children and teens can move their bodies, build confidence, and learn simple tools to relax and feel their best.

Classes will meet on Thursdays in June and July (with the exception of July 2nd) and include two age-specific sessions:

Little Yogis (Ages 5–10) – 9:30 AM | 30 minutes
Through playful movement, fun yoga games, and calming breathing exercises, children will explore how their bodies move while building focus and confidence. We’ll stretch, wiggle, and laugh while learning simple ways to relax, move, and have fun together.

Teen Yogis (Ages 10–15) – 10:30 AM | 45 minutes
Teens will dive a little deeper into the yoga practice through energizing flows and grounding breathwork. Together we’ll build confidence, celebrate our unique bodies, and practice a little more self-love along the way. Expect good vibes, stress-relieving movement, and simple tools to help you find your center on and off the mat.

Registration will open on May 1st! We can’t wait to move, breathe, and grow together this summer!
